STATEMENT: Garlic enjoys a positive reputation in culinary dishes and in medical circles. For me garlic is a visual delight that I explore on my photographic adventures. These days I am meeting many people who are passionate about growing garlic. I’m learning more about it than I ever could have imagined. Garlic is much more than a fragrant bulb.
